Damping device for slowly releasing internal force and releasing method
The invention provides a damping device for slowly releasing internal force and a releasing method, and relates to the technical field of building steel structure field operation. The damping device comprises a plurality of damping units arranged on a temporary rod piece, wherein each damping unit comprises a connecting lug plate fixed to the temporary rod piece and a connecting clamping plate which is overlapped with the connecting lug plate and detachably and fixedly connected with the connecting lug plate; the connecting lug plates are vertically erected on the surface of the temporary rod piece and located in the middle of the temporary rod piece; and when the temporary rod piece is unloaded, the temporary rod piece is cut apart from the middle, then bolts on the damping device are slowly loosened one by one, the effect of slowly releasing the internal force is achieved through sliding of the bolts in long round holes, finally the two ends of the temporary rod piece are cut, and the dismantling operation is completed. By means of the damping device, stress is slowly released when the temporary rod piece is unloaded, and the unloading process is more stable and safer.
本发明提供了一种缓慢释放内力的阻尼装置及释放方法,涉及建筑钢结构现场作业技术领域,其中阻尼装置包括设于临时杆件上多个阻尼单元;每个阻尼单元包括固定于临时杆件上的连接耳板、以及与连接耳板叠合且与连接耳板可拆卸固定连接的连接夹板;连接耳板垂直立于临时杆件的表面且位于临时杆件的中间。临时杆件卸载时,首先将临时杆件从中间整个切开,然后逐颗缓慢松开阻尼装置上的螺栓,通过螺栓在长圆孔中的滑动,达到缓慢释放内力的作用,最后切割临时杆件两端,完成拆除作业。通过本发明的阻尼装置,可以保证卸载临时杆件时应力受到缓慢地释放,保证卸载过程更加稳定和安全。
