Installation method of large-span space steel structure roof
The invention discloses an installation method of a large-span space steel structure roof. The installation method comprises the following step that S100, a plurality of vertical columns are installed on the ground at equal intervals to determine the basic coverage area of the roof, and then a roof fixing frame is installed between every two adjacent vertical columns to determine a plurality of roof coverage areas with the total area equal to the basic coverage area of the roof. According to the installation method, rapid assembly and disassembly of a single roof can be realized through a guide auxiliary mechanism, during implementation, the single roof is guided to move to the roof coverage areas through sliding clamping grooves, and the position is pre-fixed through the guide auxiliary mechanism, then a second single roof is inserted into the sliding clamping grooves to push the first single roof to move, meanwhile, each roof is clamped through a disassembly and assembly supporting mechanism arranged on a roof supporting strip frame until the single roof coverage area is covered, if the single roof deviates, the single roof is directly jacked up through the disassembly and assembly supporting mechanism, and then the single roof is guided and pulled to slide out of the sliding clamping grooves through the guide auxiliary mechanism.
