Passive intelligent lock
The invention discloses a passive intelligent lock. The passive intelligent lock comprises a lock body and a key. A U-shaped lock beam and a spring bolt used for locking or unlocking the lock beam are arranged in the lock body in a sliding manner. A key insertion hole is formed in the bottom of the lock body. A plug is correspondingly arranged at one end of the key. A power supply battery is arranged in the key. The U-shaped lock beam is connected with a reset device enabling the U-shaped lock beam to move upwards. A lock cylinder with a control mainboard is arranged in the lock body and connected with the spring bolt through a titanium alloy memory wire. When the key is inserted into or pulled out of the key insertion hole, the key is powered on or powered off to the titanium alloy memory wire through the lock cylinder, the titanium alloy memory wire is powered on to shrink to pull the spring bolt to leave the U-shaped lock beam, and the titanium alloy memory wire is powered off to recover to control the spring bolt to move towards one side of the U-shaped lock beam. According to the passive intelligent lock, the titanium alloy memory wire which is a novel material is adopted as a driving material in a lock cylinder module, the lock is unlocked or locked through powering-on shrinkage and powering-off recovery of the physical characteristics of the titanium alloy memory wire, the service life is longer, the application range is wider, and the safety performance is higher.
本发明公开了一种无源智能锁,包括锁体和钥匙;所述锁体内滑动设置有U形锁梁和一用于锁死或打开锁梁的锁舌,所述锁体底部有钥匙插孔;所述钥匙一端对应设有插头,钥匙内置有供电电池;所述U形锁梁连接有使自身向上移动的复位装置;所述锁体内设置带有控制主板的锁芯,所述锁芯通过钛合金记忆丝连接锁舌;所述钥匙插拔钥匙插孔时,钥匙通过锁芯向钛合金记忆丝通电或断电,钛合金记忆丝通电收缩牵引锁舌离开U形锁梁,钛合金记忆丝断电恢复控制锁舌向U形锁梁一侧移动。本发明锁芯模块内部驱动材料采用新型材料钛合金记忆丝,利用钛合金记忆丝的物理特性通电收缩、断电恢复来进行开关锁,使用寿命更长,适用范围更广,安全性能更强。
