The circulating irrigation mechanism for hydraulic engineering at least comprises a rainwater collecting mechanism, an irrigation and drainage mechanism and movable supporting mechanisms, wherein the rainwater collecting mechanism comprises a water storage tank; two symmetrical protruding plates are arranged on the edge of the bottom of the water storage tank; two symmetrical adjusting forks are arranged on the edge of the top of the water storage tank; inclined plates are rotationally arranged in the adjusting forks; electric push rods are hinged between the bottoms of the inclined plates and the tops of the convex plates; the interior of the water storage tank communicates with a water pump water inlet end; the irrigation and drainage mechanism comprises a drainage pipe; the end of the drainage pipe communicates with the water pump drainage end; the number of the movable supporting mechanisms is four; each movable supporting mechanism comprises an electric telescopic leg; and a universal wheel is arranged at the bottom of each electric telescopic leg. Rainwater can be conveniently collected and recycled, and water resources are saved, and uniform irrigation can be performed.
