The invention discloses an integrally-formed back arris manufacturing method and an integrally-formed back arris. The integrally-formed back arris manufacturing method comprises the steps that a steel plate blank is obtained; the center part of the steel plate blank is subjected to upward protruding treatment to form a protrusion; the two sides of the steel plate blank are bent, so that at least three bends are formed on each of the two sides of the steel plate blank; the angle of each bend on each side is adjusted, so that the bends located on the outermost sides of the two sides are located above the protrusion and make contact with the protruding face of the protrusion, and the bends located on the outermost sides of one side make contact with the bends located on the outermost sides of the other side; and the first bend on one side, the first bend on the other side and the protrusion are welded, and therefore the integrally-formed back arris is formed. According to the provided integrally-formed back arris manufacturing method, the integrally-formed back arris can be manufactured in the mode, no redundant stress concentration point exists on the back arris, the cost is low, and the weight is light.
