The invention discloses a viscosity reduction type composite polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof in the technical field of water reducing agents. The viscosity reduction type composite polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-150 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 30-40 parts of acrylic acid, 20-30 parts of 6-caprolactone, 1-5 parts of hydracrylic acid, 2-5 parts of an initiator, 1-5 parts of a reducing agent, 8-10 parts of methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 5-8 parts of glucolactone, 6-8 parts of maleic anhydride, 0.1-0.5 part of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 0.02-0.05 part of methylbenzene and 70-80 parts of deionized water; according to the preparation method, 6-caprolactone is added, under the catalytic action of dialkyl tin dimaleate and alkyl tin dimercaptide, the 6-caprolactone and isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether are subjected to a ring-opening reaction, and a hydrophobic group is grafted to the isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, so that the viscosity reduction effect is achieved; by adding the methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, the main chain of the prepared polycarboxylate water reducing agent is grafted with a carboxylic acid functional group and a siloxane functional group, so that the dispersing capacity is improved, and the viscosity reduction effect is better.
本发明公开了减水剂技术领域的一种降粘型复合聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份原料:异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚80‑150份,丙烯酸30‑40份,6‑已内酯20‑30份,羟基丙酸1‑5份,引发剂2‑5份,还原剂1‑5份,甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷8‑10份,葡萄糖酸内酯5‑8份,马来酸酐6‑8份,对甲苯磺酸0.1‑0.5份,甲苯0.02‑0.05份,去离子水70‑80份;本发明通过加入6‑已内酯,在二烷基锡二马来酸酯和二硫醇烷基锡的催化作用下,6‑已内酯和异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚发生开环反应,将疏水基团接枝在异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚上,实现降粘效果;本发明通过加入甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷,制得的聚羧酸减水剂的主链上接枝有羧酸官能团和硅氧烷基官能团,提高了分散能力,降粘效果较好。
