Rail lifting device
A rail lifting device comprises a supporting frame, a sliding hook and an inclined wedge, wherein the downward part of the sliding hook is inserted into the supporting frame, and the inclined wedge is connected to the supporting frame in a sliding mode. The part, inserted into the supporting frame, of the sliding hook is connected with a bent hook, and the bent hook of the sliding hook can upwards abut against the rail surface part of the rail; wherein the sliding hook is provided with an inclined groove matched with the inclined wedge, a bolt is connected to the supporting frame in a threaded mode, the bolt can push the inclined wedge to move towards the sliding hook, and the sliding hook can be pushed to move upwards relative to the supporting frame through abutting fit between the inclined wedge and the inclined groove wall of the inclined groove in the sliding hook so as to lift the rail. According to the rail lifting device, lifting driving of the sliding hooks is achieved through abutting fit between the inclined wedges and the inclined groove walls of the inclined grooves in the sliding hooks, the ascending sliding hooks are used for driving the rail to move so as to achieve lifting driving of the rail, the inclined wedges are pushed and driven by the bolts, and therefore the rail lifting device can be operated by a single person and has the effect of facilitating lifting driving of the rail.
本发明的铁轨抬升装置,包括支撑框架、向下部分插入至支撑框架内的滑勾、及滑动地连接于支撑框架的斜锲;滑勾在插入至支撑框架内的部分上连接有弯钩,滑勾的弯钩向上能够抵靠在铁轨的轨面部上;其中滑勾上开设有匹配于斜锲的斜槽,支撑框架上螺接有螺栓,螺栓能够推顶斜锲朝向滑勾的方向运动,并可通过斜锲与滑勾上斜槽的斜槽壁之间的抵接配合推顶滑勾作相对于支撑框架的向上运动,以抬升铁轨。本发明利用斜锲与滑勾上斜槽的斜槽壁之间的抵接配合,实现对滑勾的抬升驱动,并利用上升的滑勾带动铁轨运动,以此达到对铁轨抬升的驱动,而斜锲由螺栓推顶驱动,使得该铁轨抬升装置能够单人操作,具有便于对铁轨抬升驱动的作用。
