The invention provides a flexible base asphalt concrete pavement structure for a plateau alpine region, which is characterized by comprising a soil base layer, a subbase layer, a base layer, a permeable layer and a surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the permeable layer comprises cationic emulsified asphalt permeable layer oil. Through mutual cooperation of the surface layer, the permeable layer, the base layer, the subbase layer and the soil base layer, the pavement has balance between structural strength and structural ductility, is stable in structure, and is suitable for pavement structures in plateau and alpine regions.
