The invention discloses a road concrete pavement contraction joint cutting tool which comprises an operating rod, a pressing plate and a contraction joint cutter, the front-back length of the pressing plate is matched with the width of a road concrete pavement, and the contraction joint cutter is a cutter body with the thickness matched with the width of a contraction joint of the road concrete pavement. The contraction joint cutter is fixed to the middle part of the bottom surface of the pressing plate in a front-and-back direction of the pressing plate. The lower end of the operating rod is hinged to the upper surface of the pressing plate, and the upper portion of the operating rod is a handheld portion. A compensation plate is fixed to the middle of the lower surface of the pressing plate in the front-back direction of the pressing plate, the upper end of the shrinkage joint cutter is fixed to the middle of the lower surface of the compensation plate, and the compensation plate has a certain thickness and a certain left-right width, so that when the shrinkage joint cutter cuts into a road concrete pavement to cut out a pavement shrinkage joint, extruded concrete is pressed by the compensation plate; therefore, bulges cannot be formed on the two sides of the pavement contraction joint. The road concrete pavement contraction joint cutting tool has the advantages that operation is easy and convenient, joint cutting is rapid, the construction cost is saved, and the transverse shrinkage joint cutting quality is guaranteed.
