The invention relates to an asphalt road microwave maintenance vehicle which is applied to the technical field of asphalt maintenance vehicles and comprises a vehicle body, a tunnel type microwave heating system arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body, an in-situ microwave heating system arranged at the lower end of the vehicle body and a microwave power supply system used for supplying power to the microwave heating system. A cold material storage bin for storing cold materials and a hot material storage bin for storing hot materials are arranged at the feeding end and the discharging end of the tunnel type microwave heating system on the vehicle body respectively, and the materials enter the tunnel type microwave heating system from the cold material storage bin to be heated, then are stored in the hot material storage bin and finally are spread on the road surface from the hot material storage bin. The vehicle has the effects that asphalt is repaired in two modes of in-situ repairing and material adding repairing, and the repairing efficiency is improved.
