The invention provides a traffic road pre-buried crack repairing device which comprises a primary pre-buried assembly, and the primary pre-buried assembly comprises a primary positioning plate which is pre-buried in a road and is consistent with the extending direction of the road, a primary movable plate pre-buried in the road and parallel to the primary positioning plate, and a primary adjusting rod; the first end of the primary adjusting rod is a threaded column and is in threaded fit with the primary positioning plate, the preset position between the first end and the second end of the primary adjusting rod is connected with the primary movable plate, the second end of the primary adjusting rod extends in a direction away from the primary movable plate, and the primary adjusting rod rotates to drive the primary movable plate to be close to or away from the primary positioning plate; and a liquid outlet end of a primary repair liquid conveying pipe is arranged in an area between the primary positioning plate and the primary movable plate. According to the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, longitudinal cracks generated by uneven road compactness and road subsidence cannot be effectively repaired is effectively solved.
