Waterproof method of bridge support and polyurethane sealing waterproof structure
According to a waterproof method of a bridge support and a polyurethane sealing waterproof structure, a polyurethane material is poured on the periphery of a support body to form an elastomer isolation layer which is combined with the bottom face of a beam body and the top face of a pier in a sealed mode, a sealed cavity is formed between the support body and the elastomer isolation layer, and water is blocked outside the sealed cavity through the elastomer isolation layer. The thickness of the polyurethane sealing waterproof structure can be set according to using requirements, the upper end and the lower end of the polyurethane sealing waterproof structure are tightly combined with the bottom face of the bridge and the top face of the pier respectively, no gap exists between the upper end and the lower end, and therefore complete water insulation in the elastomer isolation layer can be guaranteed, and the whole support is not corroded by water even if completely located below the water level.
一种桥梁支座的防水方法和聚氨酯密封防水结构,在支座本体的外围浇注聚氨酯材料形成一个与梁体底面和桥墩顶面均密封结合的弹性体隔离层,在支座本体与弹性体隔离层之间形成密封空腔,通过弹性体隔离层将水阻挡在密封空腔外。本发明采用的聚氨酯密封防水结构厚度可以根据使用要求设定,且上下端分别与桥梁底面和桥墩顶面紧密结合,中间不存在空隙,因而能够保证弹性体隔离层内部的完全隔水,即使整个支座完全处于水位以下也不会受水的侵蚀。
