The invention provides a main cable dehumidification and corrosion prevention device which comprises a main cable body, an air supply pipeline and a pressurization pipeline, and a plurality of pressurization assemblies are arranged on the main cable body at intervals. The air supply pipeline is arranged in the main cable body, and a plurality of air supply hole groups are formed in the air supply pipeline so as to supply air into a circulation gap of airflow in the main cable body; the extension direction of the pressurizing pipeline is consistent with that of the main cable body, and a pressurizing connecting pipe communicated with the pressurizing assembly is arranged on the pressurizing pipeline and used for supplying air into the main cable body. In this way, the air supply pipeline is used for supplying air into the circulation gap of the airflow in the main cable body so as to dehumidify and dehumidify the interior of the main cable body, and the pressurizing pipeline communicates with the main cable body so that the air supply efficiency can be improved, and the air supply pipeline can supply air to the main cable uniformly; therefore, each part of the main cable body can be dried and dehumidified, and the overall drying and dehumidifying efficiency of the main cable body is improved.
