The invention relates to a portable stable roadblock which comprises a roadblock body, the outer side of the bottom of the roadblock body is sleeved with an anti-collision buffer ring matched with the roadblock body and used for improving the stability of the roadblock body, and the anti-collision buffer ring is of a conical structure with the top diameter smaller than the bottom and used for improving the bottom stability. The interior of the anti-collision buffer ring is of a hollow structure for reducing the weight of the roadblock body, a water injection opening used for increasing the weight and the buffer performance of the anti-collision buffer ring is formed in one side edge of the exterior of the anti-collision buffer ring, and hidden moving wheels facilitating moving of the roadblock body are arranged at the bottom of the interior of the roadblock body. The roadblock has the beneficial effects that when water is added into the anti-collision buffer ring, the weight of the road block body can be increased, so that the bottom of the road block body is more stable, the road block body is prevented from being scraped away in windy weather, the stability and firmness of the road block body are improved, and when water is not added, the weight of the road block body is reduced; and the roadblock body can be carried more conveniently.
