The invention discloses a diving-swimming type disinfection ship for collecting floating objects by utilizing vortex. The disinfection ship comprises a ship body, wherein a linkage cavity is formed in the ship body; two supporting blocks are fixedly connected to the left end surface of the ship body; the two supporting blocks are arranged front and back; a rotating rod is rotationally connected between the two supporting blocks; a power cavity is formed in the rotating rod; a propeller shaft is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the power cavity; and a driven gear is fixedly connected to one end, in the power cavity, of the propeller shaft. The disinfection ship disclosed by the invention can move underwater and directly disinfect a water body, and a disinfectant and the water body are uniformly mixed under rotation of the propeller, so that the water body is thoroughly disinfected. Meanwhile, the vortex is generated in water by the propeller in a vertical state, so that the floating objects on the water surface are sucked into the vortex, and the floating objects are packaged by a collecting device. Therefore, subsequent direct recovery is facilitated, and the disinfection ship is simple and rapid.
