The invention discloses a movable inner supporting device for foundation pit supporting. The movable inner supporting device comprises a foundation support plate which is a U-shaped plate, wherein a sliding plate is arranged on the inner top of the foundation support plate; the sliding plate and the inner top of the foundation support plate are connected through two clamping devices; the two clamping devices are symmetrically arranged; two sliding grooves are formed in the upper end of the sliding plate and are symmetrically arranged; the sliding grooves are trapezoidal grooves; a supporting plate is arranged at the upper end of the sliding plate; a plurality of symmetrically-arranged sliding blocks are welded to the bottom of the supporting plate; and a rotating groove is formed in the bottom of each sliding block. The movable inner supporting device has the beneficial effects that in the movable inner supporting device, through the arrangement of wheels and the sliding grooves, the inner supporting device can conveniently move within a short distance; and through the arrangement of a pull ring, a pull rod and a clamping block, the sliding plate and the foundation support plate can be separated, accordingly, the sliding plate can conveniently move, and accordingly the inner supporting device can more conveniently move within a long distance.
