The building foundation pit steel supporting structure comprises two foundation pit surface supporting panels, wherein the two foundation pit surface supporting panels are arranged on two opposite inner side surfaces of a foundation pit respectively; pre-embedded rods are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the side surfaces of the foundation pit surface supporting panels; the pre-embedded rods are pre-embedded into the side surfaces of the foundation pit; and through grooves are uniformly formed in the side surfaces of the foundation pit surface supporting panels. According to the building foundation pit steel supporting structure provided by the invention, the foundation pit surface supporting panels are connected with two adjustable racks through connecting plates; the positions of the two racks and the connecting plates can be conveniently adjusted through the rotation of gears, so that the distance between the foundation pit surface supporting panels is adjusted according to actual supporting requirements; the building foundation pit steel supporting structure is simple to operate and convenient to use; and foundation pit surface displacement deviation caused in a supporting process of the supporting structure can be avoided, the supporting effect of the supporting structure is improved and the utilization safety is improved.
