Basement anti-floating structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a basement anti-floating structure and a construction method thereof. The basement anti-floating structure comprises a foundation, a waterproof plate, a balance weight material and an open web girder, wherein an open web structure is arranged on the lower portion of the foundation, a cavity is formed by the open web structure and the foundation, and the cavity is filled with the balance weight material; the open web girder is of an open web structure, and the open web structure is filled with the balance weight material; the balance weight material is selected from building rubbish, stone, sand, concrete, earth materials and other materials; the section of the open web structure is rectangular or in an inverted trapezoid shape; and the foundation is an under-column independent foundation or a pile foundation. According to the basement anti-floating structure, the balance weight structure is additionally arranged on the foundation, on one hand, balance weight is increased through node treatment of the foundation, on the other hand, foundation treatment is equivalently conducted, and meanwhile the span of the waterproof plate is reduced. The open web girder and the balance weight structure are adopted, due to the fact that a web of the open web girder is equivalent to a waterproof plate support structure, analysis and display of a stress model of the waterproof plate and a stress model of a traditional waterproof plate show that the support bending moment and the mid-span bending moment of the open web girder and balance weight structure scheme are both reduced. In engineering application, only the foundation and the open web structure or the open web girder structure or a combined structure of the foundation and the open web structure can be adopted according to specific application occasions, and high applicability is achieved.
本发明涉及一种地下室抗浮结构及其施工方法,包括基础、防水板、配重材料以及空腹梁;基础下部设置空腹结构,空腹结构与基础形成空腔,空腔内填充配重材料;空腹梁为空腹结构,空腹结构内填充配重材料。配重材料选自建筑垃圾、石料、砂、混凝土、土料等材料;空腹结构截面为矩形或倒梯形;基础为柱下独立基础或桩基承台基础。本发明基础加配重结构,基础的节点处理一方面增加了配重,另一方面相当于做了地基处理,同时还减小了防水板的跨度。采用空腹梁加配重结构,由于空腹梁腹板相当于防水板支座结构,防水板的受力模型与传统防水板的受力模型分析显示,空腹梁加配重结构方案的支座弯矩和跨中弯矩都有减小。本发明在工程应用中,根据具体的应用场所可以仅采用基础+空腹结构或者空腹梁结构或者前两者的组合结构,具有较强的适用性。
