The invention relates to the field of power supply facilities, and particularly discloses a safe and anti-theft electric power well. The safe and anti-theft electric power well comprises a well wall, a well edge and a well lid, wherein the well lid is installed at the well edge, a plurality of telescopic rods which are evenly distributed in a radial mode are arranged on the lower surface of the well lid, and limiting blocks are arranged outwards on the lower ends of the telescopic rods; first longitudinal guide walls of which the number is equal to that of the telescopic rods are arranged on the well wall, and the lower ends of the first longitudinal guide walls are connected with a labyrinth channel; and the length of the telescopic rods is larger than the lowest point of the labyrinth channel. According to the safe and anti-theft electric power well, the labyrinth channel is formed, and the labyrinth channel is located in the electric power well and cannot be seen from the outside, so that if a person wants to steal the well lid, the person does not know how to take down the well lid at all; and if the internal structure is known in time, the person can also retreat due to the complex structure.
