The invention relates to the field of buildings, and discloses a building translation quantitative deviation correcting device which comprises a foundation; a first deviation correcting mechanism is arranged at the left side of the top of the foundation; a second deviation correcting mechanism is arranged at the right side of the top of the foundation; a first threaded screwing rod is arranged at the left side of the top of the first deviation correcting mechanism; a threaded hole is formed in the foundation; a second threaded screwing rod is arranged at the right side of the top of the second deviation correcting mechanism; a building is arranged in the center of the top of the foundation; and a moving mechanism is arranged on the back face of the top of the foundation. According to the building translation quantitative deviation correcting device, a fixing frame is connected with a hydraulic telescopic rod through connecting bolts, so that workers can conveniently disassemble and assemble the device, and meanwhile, maintainers can conveniently overhaul the fixing frame; when the building inclines, a hydraulic cylinder provides power for the hydraulic telescopic rod, and the hydraulic telescopic rod drives a deviation correcting plate to incline, so that deviation correcting treatment is conducted on the building; and after translation deviation rectification of the building is completed, the deviation correcting mechanisms and the moving mechanism can be taken down by rotating the threaded screwing rods, so that the workers can disassemble and assemble the deviation correcting mechanisms and the moving mechanism conveniently.
