The grooving device comprises a driving mechanism, a suspension arm is hinged to the upper end of the driving mechanism, a first air cylinder is fixedly installed at the upper end of the driving mechanism, and a first air cylinder rod is arranged at the end, away from the driving mechanism, of the first air cylinder; and a sliding sleeve is hinged to the end, away from the first air cylinder, of the first air cylinder rod, a suspension arm is slidably sleeved with the sliding sleeve, a plurality of rolling grooves are formed in the sliding sleeve, steel balls are arranged in the rolling grooves, the outer sides of the steel balls are in contact connection with the suspension arm, a support is welded to the tail end of the suspension arm, and a second air cylinder is installed in the driving mechanism. A second air cylinder rod is arranged on the second air cylinder, and the side wall of the driving mechanism is slidably sleeved with the second air cylinder rod. The invention relates to the grooving device for gas pipeline construction. The grooving device has the advantages that soil generated in the construction process is thrown out of a groove, and the angle between a reamer and the ground is convenient to adjust.
