According to the multifunctional kitchen waste disposer, boiling water or high-temperature water can be introduced into the crushing cavity to sterilize and disinfect parts in the crushing cavity, so that peculiar smell is eliminated; and warm water can also be introduced into the crushing cavity to improve the cleaning effect of the crushing cavity, so that the peculiar smell is eliminated.
