Anti-seismic steel structure support mounting process
The invention belongs to the field of steel structure support mounting, and particularly relates to an anti-seismic steel structure support mounting process. According to the following scheme, an embedded part, a steel structure, an anti-seismic support, a limiting ring and an auxiliary connecting piece are included, and the process comprises the following steps that (1) the position where the support needs to be mounted is determined firstly, then a positioning point is marked, and a pit is dug in the positioning point; (2) 4-6 points are selected in the dug pit, steel bars are driven into the dug pit, then the embedded part is mounted on the steel bars through screws, and the embedded part is poured to the position of the dug pit through concrete; and (3) after the concrete in the step (2) is solidified, the anti-seismic support is mounted on the embedded part through bolts firstly, and then the steel structure is mounted on the anti-seismic support through bolts. According to the anti-seismic steel structure support mounting process, the mounted steel structure support can have good anti-seismic buffer performance, and when vibration with certain strength occurs, the steel structure support can keep the steel structure building on the upper portion stable, and the embedded part on the lower portion is stably connected with the ground.
