The invention discloses a floor slab for a fabricated building and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor slab comprises a floor slab core body and a framework, wherein an inner hole channel is formed in the floor slab core body so as to reduce the self weight and to be capable of being used for wire passing; the framework is enclosed and fixed on the periphery of the floor slab core body; each end surface closure head comprises a first plane, a second plane and a third plane; the third plane and the second plane form a first step surface capable of being erected on other building components, so that the floor slab is convenient to install; and the second plane is provided with through holes which are aligned to hole openings at two ends of the inner hole channel and communicate with the hole openings at two ends of the inner hole channel, and the inner hole channel can be conveniently formed through pouring; and the end surface closure head at one side is provided with a pouring opening communicating with the floor slab core body, so that the pouring of grouting materials is convenient. The technical problems that in the prior art, the weight of the floor slab is heavy, the manufacturing is complicated, the wire groove slotting amount is great, and the installation is inconvenient are solved. The beneficial effects that the weight of the floor slab is light, the manufacturing is simple, the wire groove slotting amount is small, the construction is fast, and the installation is fast and efficient are achieved.
