The invention discloses a wallboard for a steel structure fabricated building and a manufacturing method of the wallboard. The wallboard comprises a wallboard core body, a periphery component and buckles, wherein an inner hole channel is formed in the wallboard core body so as to reduce the self weight; the inner hole channel can be used for wire passing; the periphery component is enclosed and fixed to the periphery of the wallboard core body; each end surface closure head is respectively provided with a through hole which is aligned with a hole opening at each of two ends of the inner hole channel and communicates with the hole opening, so that the inner hole channel can be conveniently formed through pouring; a pouring opening communicating with the wallboard core body is formed in the end surface enclosure head at one side, so that the pouring of a filling material is convenient; and the buckles are respectively arranged at four corners of the periphery component so as to be connected with a steel structure. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the wallboard for the steel structure prefabricated building. The technical problems that in the prior art, the weight of the wallboard is heavy, the manufacturing is complicated, and the wire groove slotting amount is great are solved. The beneficial effects that the weight of the outer wallboard is further reduced, the manufacturing is simple, and the wire groove slotting amount is small are achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢结构装配式建筑用墙板及其制作方法,所述墙板包括墙板芯体、外围构件和扣件,墙板芯体内设有内孔道,从而减轻自重,且所述内孔道可用于穿线;外围构件围合并固定在墙板芯体的四周,端面封头上分别设有与内孔道两端的孔口对准并贯通的穿孔,从而便于浇灌形成内孔道,其中一侧的侧面封头上设有与墙板芯体相连通的浇灌口,便于浇筑灌料;扣件分别设置在所述外围构件的四个角上,以与钢结构连接。本发明还公开了一种钢结构装配式建筑用墙板的制作方法。本发明解决了现有技术中墙板重量较大、制作繁琐且线槽开槽量大的技术问题,实现了进一步减轻外墙板重量、制作简单且线槽开槽量小有益效果。
