Light heat preservation and decoration integrated plate
The invention provides a light heat preservation and decoration integrated plate which is good in heat preservation effect, light and convenient to construct. The light heat preservation and decoration integrated plate is composed of a vacuum heat insulation plate, a protective layer, a calcium silicate plate and a facing layer. The protective layer wraps the peripheral side surfaces of the vacuum heat-insulating plate and is bonded and fixed with the vacuum heat-insulating plate through a flame-retardant adhesive. The calcium silicate board and the facing layer are respectively bonded on the upper and lower surfaces of the vacuum insulated panel. The protective layer is made of inorganic foam or a porous material. The facing layer is made of a calcium silicate board and light porcelain. Polyurethane foam is compounded around the vacuum insulated panel, so that the vacuum insulated panel can be protected from being damaged during use, and meanwhile, the overall heat insulation performance is good. On the premise of the same heat preservation effect, compared with a traditional heat preservation material, the vacuum heat insulation plate has smaller thickness and lighter weight, so that the integrated plate adopting the vacuum heat insulation plate as the internal heat preservation material is smaller in thickness and lighter in weight. The fireproof grade of the integrated plate is grade A, and the integrated plate is light in weight, simple in production, convenient to install, low in cost and suitable for mass production and application.
