The invention relates to the technical field of veneers, in particular to a fireproof magnesium oxide veneer with high wear resistance and scratch resistance. The magnesium oxide veneer comprises a veneer body; the veneer body comprises a wear-resistant layer, an adhesive surface film, a middle-layer material, upper-layer AB bi-component cold glue, a magnesium oxide board, lower-layer AB bi-component cold glue, a bottom-layer material, a first lower cushion layer, and a second lower cushion layer; the first lower cushion layer is arranged at the upper side of the second lower cushion layer; the bottom-layer material is arranged at the upper side of the first lower cushion layer; the magnesium oxide board is arranged on the upper side of the lower-layer AB bi-component cold glue; the upper-layer AB bi-component cold glue is arranged on the upper side of the magnesium oxide board; the middle-layer material is arranged at the upper side of the upper-layer AB bi-component cold glue; the adhesive surface film is arranged at the upper side of the middle-layer material; and the wear-resistant layer is arranged at the upper side of the adhesive surface film. According to the fireproof magnesium oxide veneer with the high wear resistance and the scratch resistance, the magnesium oxide board is made of an inorganic magnesium oxide material, so that the fireproof grade of a product is provided, the wear resistance, the scratch resistance and the surface hardness of the board are improved through the curing process of the scheme, and the good strength and the good fireproof grade are provided.
