The invention discloses a safety anti-falling device for building construction. The safety anti-falling device comprises a first air cylinder, a workbench, an air pump and supporting rods, wherein a first piston is arranged in the first cylinder, the first piston is fixedly connected with the workbench, the supporting rods are fixedly connected with the workbench; and the safety anti-falling device further comprises a second air cylinder, a first rack, a first gear and a rotating wheel, belt sheets are arranged on the supporting rods, a working medium is arranged in the second cylinder, a second piston is arranged in the second cylinder, the first rack is fixedly connected with the second piston, the first gear is meshed with the first rack, the rotating wheel is coaxially connected with the first gear, a rotating claw is arranged on the rotating wheel, and the rotating claw is matched with the belt sheet; and when a fire occurs, the working medium is heated to expand, the second piston slides upwards, the first rack slides upwards, the first gear rotates, the rotating wheel rotates, and the rotating claw stirs the belt pieces to give an upward force to the workbench to buffer the workbench. The situation that the workbench descends sharply when an air pump is powered off is buffered.
