The invention relates to a cast-in-place concrete arc-shaped beam and a construction method. According to the scheme, the cast-in-place concrete arc-shaped beam comprises a steel bottom die, steel side dies, a reinforcement cage, and opposite pull rods. The top of the steel bottom die is detachably connected with the bottoms of the two steel side dies to form a pouring area for pouring the arc-shaped beam; the reinforcement cage is arranged in the pouring area; the opposite pull rods are detachably arranged between the two steel side dies; and a plurality of detachably connected supporting structures are arranged at the bottom of the steel bottom die. The method includes the steps that observation points and the central axis of the arc-shaped beam are set; a supporting frame is positioned, and a cross beam is installed on the supporting frame; steel bottom formworks are manufactured; the multiple steel bottom formworks are spliced to form a curve steel bottom formwork; according to the observation points, the position of the arc-shaped beam is paid off on the steel bottom dies, and the central axis of the arc-shaped beam and the side line of the arc-shaped beam are determined; the steel side dies are mounted on the steel bottom die according to the side line of the arc-shaped beam to form the pouring area; and the reinforcement cage is placed in the pouring area. The cast-in-place concrete arc-shaped beam has the advantages that the construction difficulty is remarkably reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
