The invention provides a grouting leaking stoppage nail. The grouting leaking stoppage nail comprises a grouting pipe; one end of the grouting pipe is in screwed fit connection with a valve, and the other end of the grouting pipe is in screwed fit connection with an external thread I formed in one end of a T-shaped hollow external thread pipe through a formed internal thread I; the middle optical axis section of a T-shaped hollow external thread pipe body is sleeved with a gasket; an optical axis section between the gasket and the T-shaped pipe end of the T-shaped hollow external thread pipe is coaxially sleeved with an expansion ring; the axial length L of the expansion ring is greater than the axial length H of the optical axis section; and while the T-shaped hollow external thread pipe is screwed into the grouting pipe, the expansion ring is axially extruded and flattened by the gasket and the end of the T-shaped pipe and then radially expands and deforms, and the grouting pipe and a ground prefabricated hole sealing plug are fixedly connected into a whole through the expansion ring which radially expands and deforms. The grouting leaking stoppage nail is simple in structure, convenient to connect, high in flow, high in efficiency, low in cost, simple and convenient to install, good in treatment effect, economical and practical, and the valve and the grouting pipe can be recycled.
