The invention provides a door body concealed hinge convenient to disassemble. The door body concealed hinge comprises an upper fan blade and a lower fan blade, wherein the upper fan blade comprises an upper pin joint part and an upper mounting panel, and a first mounting hole is formed in the upper mounting panel; the lower fan blade comprises a lower pin joint part and a lower mounting panel, and a second mounting hole is formed in the lower mounting panel; and the upper pin joint part and the lower pin joint part are connected through a connecting pin so that the upper fan blade and the lower fan blade can rotate mutually, and a supporting part for supporting the connecting pin is arranged at the position, below a pin hole of the lower pin joint part, of the lower pin joint part. The door body concealed hinge is mounted between a door body and a door frame, the overall aesthetic feeling of the door body is not affected, and the anti-theft coefficient is high; and when the door body needs to be disassembled, the door body can be disassembled only by opening the door body and then lifting the door body upwards; during mounting, the upper fan blade on the door body only needs to be aligned with the connecting pin for mounting, and therefore after primary mounting, the door body can be disassembled or mounted again without assistance of any tool, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
