The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of a flexible rope ladder and the flexible rope ladder. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: step 1, determining the shape and size of rope ladder base cloth according to structural characteristics of a membrane structure product corresponding to an application, and manufacturing the rope ladder base cloth; step 2, taking a macromolecular rope made of a macromolecular material as a force bearing part, and scattering regions with pre-set lengths at two ends of the force bearing part to form scattering regions, wherein macromolecular fibers of the scattering regions are at a completely loose state; step 3, sticking the scattering regions at the two ends of the macromolecular rope to corresponding regions of the rope ladder base cloth at pre-set mounting positions; and step 4, compounding the scattering regions of the macromolecular rope and the rope ladder base cloth into a whole structure by adopting a heating and pressurizing manner, so as to prepare the flexible rope ladder. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problems that an existing rope ladder cannot be applicable to the membrane structure product so that the membrane structure product is difficult to operate in use and maintenance, climbing work and the like, caused by no acting point, are solved.
