The invention provides a gap surface difference adjusting mechanism in order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, a relative gap between a mounting point on a reinforcing plate and an outer door plate is floating, traditional fastening screws cannot compensate for the deviation, the appearance surface of a handle deviates after mounting is completed, and consequently smooth curve modeling of a vehicle body is affected. The mechanism comprises an adjusting piece, a fixing piece, a limiting piece and a base, wherein the base is connected with a to-be-fixed part, the adjusting piece is in threaded rotation fit with the base, the fixing piece and the limiting piece are located on the two sides of the base respectively, the limiting piece is fixedly connected with the circumferential face of the adjusting piece, and the fixing piece is detachably connected with the adjusting piece. When the mechanism is mounted in place, the limiting piece abuts against a reinforcing plate, and the fixing piece abuts against the part. The mechanism can absorb manufacturing errors to guarantee that the appearance surface of the handle is well matched with the outer door plate, smooth curve modeling of the vehicle body is realized, and then wind resistance borne by a vehicle during running is reduced.
本发明为了克服现有技术中加强板上安装点与门外板的相对间隙是浮动的,传统的紧固螺钉无法弥补上述偏差,安装完成后把手的外观面会存在偏差,影响车身的流畅曲线造型的技术问题,提供一种调节间隙面差的机构,包括调节件、固定件、限位件和基座,基座与待固定的零件相连,调节件与基座螺纹旋转配合,固定件和限位件分别位于基座的两侧,限位件与调节件的周面固定相连,固定件与调节件可拆卸连接,当所述机构安装到位时,限位件与加强板抵接,固定件与所述零件抵接。本申请所述机构可吸收制造误差,保证把手外观面与门外板的良好匹配,实现车身的流畅曲线造型,进而降低车辆运行时所受风阻。
