Through the arrangement of a rainfall sensor, an electric telescopic rod, a U-shaped wheel frame, a wheel shaft, a winding wheel, protective waterproof cloth and a vortex spring, if the rainfall sensor detects that the rainfall is large in a rainy day, the U-shaped wheel frame can be driven to move rightwards through an electric telescopic rod of a remote signaling host, at the moment, the wheel shaft in the U-shaped wheel frame drives the winding wheel to rotate, and the protective waterproof cloth can be pulled out, the equipment can be protected to ensure the protection effect; when rainfall is reduced or rain stops, the U-shaped wheel frame is driven by the electric telescopic rod of the remote signaling host to move leftwards, and due to energy storage and energy release of the vortex spring, the winding wheel can rotate to wind the protective waterproof cloth, so that the operation convenience is guaranteed.
