The multifunctional cement-based thick-layer self-leveling material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 18-22.5 parts of cement, 1.5-2.5 parts of beta-semi-hydrated gypsum, 0.4-0.8 part of ash calcium, 8-10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 51-84 parts of quartz sand, 0.01-0.03 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.12-0.15 part of a water reducing agent, 0.02-0.04 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, and 0.5 to 1 part of redispersible latex powder. The multifunctional cement-based thick-layer self-leveling material disclosed by the invention is low in material cost, high in construction thickness, high in fluidity, strong in binding power and relatively high in early-stage and later-stage strength. The flatness of the thick-layer self-leveling material is high, the high-precision requirement that the fall within a 2-meter guiding rule is smaller than 2 mm can be met only through one-time construction, the thick-layer self-leveling material can be directly and fixedly connected with a plate layer, a binding agent does not need to be added during the process, the construction procedures are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
