The invention relates to a new stele retro method. Pits and roughness are formed in a stele with the smooth surface through impact pit digging, sand blasting roughening and high-pressure cleaning, organic matter in coating treatment and minerals of stele rocks are subjected to a chemical reaction, acid and fungus substances in the organic matter chemically react with some carbonate and sulfate minerals in the rocks to form other minerals with low strength, the other minerals are separated from the surface of the stele under the action of high-pressure water, and the chemical reaction, mineral hydrolysis and hydration reaction are intensified through high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing, and by means of generated iron oxide rusty spots, a small amount of residual organic matter marks and the yellow brown coating, the stele looks plain and ancient and is close to the appearance state of wind and rain attack of an ancient stele for hundreds of years to thousands of years.
本发明提供了一种新制石碑复古方法,利用冲击打坑、喷砂打毛和高压清洗使得表面光滑的石碑形成一些凹坑和毛糙,利用覆膜处理里的有机质,与石碑岩石的矿物发生化学反应,利用有机质里的酸类、菌类物质与岩石某些碳酸盐类、硫酸盐类矿物发生化学反应,形成强度较低的其它矿物,在高压水作用下脱离石碑表面,利用高温高压蒸汽养护加剧上述化学反应、矿物水解和水化反应,利用生成氧化铁锈斑、残留的少量有机质印记和土黄褐色涂层,使得石碑显得古朴古色,接近古代石碑经历数百至数千年的风雨侵袭外表状态。
