The invention provides a hot-melt rubber asphalt waterproof coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The hot-melt rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: asphalt, a plasticizer, rubber, olefin resin, a defoaming agent and a toughening agent. The hot-melt rubber asphalt waterproof coating material is not added with a solvent, so that the solid content of the hot-melt rubber asphalt waterproof coating material can achieve more than 99%; the adding parts of the components are adjusted in the formula, so that the prepared hot-melt rubber asphalt waterproof coating has excellent puncture strength, elastic recovery rate and watertightness, and can be independently used as a waterproof layer; and the preparation process is simple and suitable for industrial batch production and use.
