The invention discloses a heating and snow melting device for turnout switch rails; the device comprises two stock rails, two turnout switch rails are arranged between the two stock rails, two mounting plates are transversely arranged at the bottoms of the two stock rails in parallel, and a point switch is fixedly mounted at the ends of the two mounting plates together. The output end of the point switch is connected with the ends of the two turnout switch rails respectively, the side faces of the two turnout switch rails are both provided with flat-strip-shaped electric heaters, and the two flat-strip-shaped electric heaters swing along with the two turnout switch rails through a follow-up mechanism arranged on the upper surface of one mounting plate. And the follow-up mechanism comprises fixing plates which are mounted on the mounting plate in a bilateral symmetry manner. The two flat-strip-shaped electric heaters can always keep the effect of being tightly attached to the side faces of the two movable turnout switch rails, the heating and snow melting effect is played to the best, and the labor intensity of workers is relieved while the efficiency is improved.
