Movable formwork assembly method
The invention discloses a movable formwork assembly method which comprises the steps that a plurality of bridge piers are arranged on a foundation at intervals in the front-back direction, every two adjacent bridge piers comprise a front bridge pier located on the front side and a rear bridge pier located on the rear side, and the plurality of bridge piers are sequentially mounted from back to front based on a movable formwork; on the basis of the movable formwork, the plurality of piers are sequentially mounted from back to front, and the method comprises the steps that the plurality of supporting columns which are collinearly arranged are erected between the two piers; one of the two bridge piers is provided with a formwork driving device, and the other one of the two bridge piers is provided with a main beam supporting leg; a main beam assembly is assembled between the formwork driving device and the main beam supporting leg, and the formwork driving device is used for driving and connecting the main beam assembly and driving the main beam supporting leg; and a plurality of outriggers are connected to the two sides of the main beam assembly. The invention provides the movable formwork assembly method and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a construction worker has to frequently disassemble and assemble a construction formwork to complete repeated assembly of construction formworks, so that the construction period is too long, and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee.
本发明公开一种移动模架拼装方法,包括在基础上沿前后向间隔安设多个桥墩,相邻的每两个桥墩包括位于前侧的为前桥墩,位于后侧的为后桥墩,基于移动模架,自后至前依次对多个桥墩进行安装;基于移动模架,自后至前依次对多个桥墩进行安装包括:在两个桥墩之间架立共线设置的多个支撑柱;在两个桥墩的其中之一上设置模架驱动装置,其中另一上安设主梁支腿;在模架驱动装置和主梁支腿之间拼装主梁总成,模架驱动装置用于驱动连接主梁总成并带动主梁支腿;在主梁总成的两侧连接多个挑梁。本发明提供的移动模架拼装方法,旨在解决现有技术中,施工人员不得不频繁拆装施工模架以完成施工模板的重复拼装,使得工期过长且施工质量难以保证的问题。
