The invention discloses an aeration type stirring sand adding device for a suspended load experiment. The aeration type stirring sand adding device comprises a suspended sand stirring cylinder, a stirring shaft, stirring blades, an air pump, an air inlet guide pipe, a first aeration valve, a suspended sand outflow valve, a variable frequency water pump, a flow meter, an outflow pipe, a suspended sand outflow opening and a second aeration valve; the stirring blades are fixed on the stirring shaft to form a stirrer; the stirrer is installed at the center axis position of the suspended sand stirring cylinder; the bottom of the suspended sand stirring cylinder is connected with the center position of the top of the suspended sand flow outlet through the outflow pipe; the suspended sand outflow valve, the variable frequency water pump and the flow meter are sequentially installed on the outflow pipe; the air pump is connected with the air inlet guide pipe; the air inlet guide pipe is divided into two paths; one path is connected to a semispherical aeration opening in the center of the bottom of the suspended sand stirring cylinder through the first aeration valve; and the other path is connected to the bottom of the side face of the suspended sand outflow opening through the second aeration valve. According to the device, water and sand in a sand adding container are uniformly mixed without residue, deposition does not exist at a sand adding port, and the concentration of suspended load silt is more accurate and stable during the experiment.
本发明公开了一种掺气式搅拌悬移质实验加沙装置,包括悬沙搅拌圆筒、搅拌轴、搅拌叶片、气泵、进气导管、第一掺气阀门、悬沙出流阀门,变频水泵、流量计、出流管、悬沙出流口、第二掺气阀门,搅拌叶片固定在搅拌轴上,组成搅拌器,搅拌器安装在悬沙搅拌圆筒的中轴位置,悬沙搅拌圆筒的底部通过出流管连接悬沙出流口的顶部中心位置,出流管上依次安装悬沙出流阀门、变频水泵和流量计;气泵连接进气导管,进气导管分成两路,一路经第一掺气阀门连接到悬沙搅拌圆筒底部中心的半球形掺气口,另一路经第二掺气阀门连接到悬沙出流口的侧面底部。本发明使加沙容器内的水沙均匀掺混不残留,加沙口不淤积,实验时悬移质泥沙浓度更精确稳定。
