Stepless locking device for gate
The invention provides a stepless locking device for a gate. The stepless locking device comprises a stress connecting rod, a retainer, a power stud and a bearing nut, wherein a stud body of the power stud is arranged in the retainer, the upper end and the lower end of the stud body are connected with the retainer through rack bearings, and a power device of the power stud controls the stud body to rotate in the retainer; the bearing nut is vertically fixed to a hydraulic structure, a limiting sliding way is vertically formed in the inner wall of the bearing nut, the stud body and the retainer are both arranged in a threaded inner cavity of the bearing nut, an outer thread of the stud body is in close fit with an inner thread of the bearing nut, and the retainer is in sliding connection with the limiting sliding way in the inner wall of the bearing nut through an adjusting wheel; and one end of the stress connecting rod is rotationally connected with the stud body, and the other end of the stress connecting rod is connected with the gate through a hinge. The stepless locking problem of the gate at any position is solved, the accident of free falling of the gate due to the main lifting fault of the gate is prevented, and resonance of the gate during water passing at a certain opening degree is also avoided.
本发明提供了一种闸门无级锁定装置。所述无级锁定装置包括受力连杆、保持架、动力螺柱和承重螺母;所述动力螺柱的螺柱本体置于保持架内,其上下端部的分别通过机架轴承与保持架联结,动力螺柱的动力装置控制螺柱本体在保持架内转动;所述承重螺母竖向固定在水工建筑上,在承重螺母的内壁竖向开设有限位滑道,螺柱本体和保持架均置于承重螺母的螺纹内腔,螺柱本体的外螺纹与承重螺母的内螺纹紧密配合,保持架通过调节轮与承重螺母内壁的限位滑道滑动连接;受力连杆一端与螺柱本体转动连接,另一端与闸门铰链连接。本发明解决了闸门在任意位置的无级锁定问题,防止因闸门的主起升故障导致闸门自由落体的事故,也避免闸门在一定开度过水时发生共振。
