The invention discloses a large-diameter three-pipe rotary jet mixing pile device and a pile forming method thereof. The large-diameter three-pipe rotary jet mixing pile device comprises a base, a control console, an adjustable supporting rod, a main tower, a winch, a lifting box, a motor, a three-pipe flow guider, a conveying hose, a drill rod, a slurry pipe and a rotary jet mixing drill bit. During operation, the control console is started, and the drilling depth of the rotary jet mixing drill bit is synchronously controlled by controlling the lifting box to ascend and descend through the control console; the motor is started to drive the three-pipe flow guider to rotate, and the three-pipe flow guider drives the drill rod and the rotary jet mixing drill bit to synchronously rotate for drilling operation; and when the rotary jet mixing drill bit operates, the conveying hose synchronously inputs materials, and the materials are sprayed out through a slurry outlet of the rotary jet mixing drill bit which rotates for synchronous operation. The large-diameter three-pipe rotary jet mixing pile device can meet the requirements for drilling operation of mixing piles with large depths, synchronous conveying and efficient operation of uniform mixing and piling.
