An intelligent deodorant toilet paper processor is disclosed in the invention, and comprises a shell main body, an inner barrel is installed in the shell main body, an inner container is installed in the inner barrel, a motor is installed in the shell main body and located below the inner barrel, and the upper end of the motor is connected with a blade through a rotating shaft; a rotating nut is arranged at the joint of the motor and the rotating shaft, a flowmeter is installed on the other side of the motor and connected with a second electromagnetic valve through a pipeline, a water inlet pipe body is installed at one end of the inner container, a water inlet pipe opening and a water outlet pipe opening are formed in the lower end of the inner barrel, and the water inlet pipe body is communicated with the water inlet pipe opening through threads; and a water inlet end and a water outlet end are arranged in the shell main body, the water inlet end is communicated with the water inlet hole through a pipeline, and the water outlet end is communicated with the water outlet hole through a pipeline. The processor has an ozone disinfection function, can disinfect a toilet, and meanwhile realizes automatic smashing, flushing and pollution discharge treatment of toilet paper.
