The wall brick pasting device comprises a base, wherein a first supporting column is rotatably connected to the middle of the top end of the base, a lifting driving device is connected to the first supporting column and connected with a lifting top base, a negative pressure pump is fixedly connected to the top end of the lifting top base, an adsorption block is fixedly connected to the end, away from a side cover, of a branch pipe, a wall brick plate is connected to the adsorption block in an adsorption mode, and a second supporting column is fixedly connected to the portion, located under the wall brick plate, of the base. Accordingly, by arranging the negative pressure pump, the branch pipe and the adsorption block, wall bricks can be adsorbed and fixed; by arranging a rotating motor and a lifting motor, rotating and lifting movement of the wall bricks can be achieved; by arranging an automatic centering device, the positions of the wall bricks can be adjusted conveniently and rapidly, and adsorption is facilitated; by arranging a mortar spraying device, the wall bricks can be sprayed with mortar rapidly; and the wall brick pasting speed is high, the accuracy and stability are good, and meanwhile a large amount of manpower can be saved.
