Structure of 3D printing reinforced concrete wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a structure of a 3D printing reinforced concrete wall and a construction method thereof. The wall structure comprises concrete, fine reinforcing meshes, building reinforcing steel bars and mortar, wherein the fine reinforcing meshes are arranged in the concrete at equal intervals, orifices are uniformly distributed in the two sides of the fine reinforcing meshes, the orifices of the upper and lower layers of fine reinforcing meshes are aligned, the building reinforcing steel bars are fixed on the two sides of the concrete through the orifices, and the mortar is plastered on the two sides of the concrete. The structure is relatively simple in form, continuous printing can be realized, convenience and rapidness are realized, the printing construction efficiency is improved, and the loss of raw materials and unnecessary waste are reduced. The engineering mechanical property of the printed wall can be close to that of a conventional reinforced concrete wall with vertical reinforcing steel bars to a greater extent, so that the application of a 3D printing technology in constructional engineering is further improved and expanded. The requirements of printing the shapes of various building walls can be met while the integrity and bearing capacity of the wall are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种3D打印钢筋混凝土墙体的构造及其施工方法,所述墙体构造包括混凝土、细钢筋网、建筑钢筋和灰砂浆,所述的细钢筋网等间隔设置在混凝土中,细钢筋网的两侧均布孔口、且上下层细钢筋网的孔口对齐,所述的建筑钢筋通过孔口固定在混凝土的两侧,所述的混凝土的两侧抹灰砂浆。本发明的构造形式相对简洁,可以做到连续打印,方便快捷,提高了打印建造的效率,降低了原材料的损耗以及不必要的浪费。本发明所打印的墙体工程力学性能可以更大限度的接近布置竖向钢筋的常规钢筋混凝土墙体,以进一步提升拓展3D打印技术在建筑工程中的运用。本发明在保证墙体整体性以及墙体承重能力的同时亦能满足各类建筑墙体外形打印的需求。
