According to the prefabricated assembly structure construction protective barrier connecting structure and method, a square steel pipe, an embedded sleeve, a first bolt assembly, a second bolt assembly, channel steel and a steel rod used for sleeving a protective barrier are adopted, the square steel pipe is vertically arranged, a channel bottom plate of the channel steel is back to the outer side of the upper portion of the channel steel, and an opening of the channel steel is arranged outwards. The pre-embedded sleeve is pre-embedded on the prefabricated wallboard, a pair of bolt holes for the first bolt assembly and the second bolt assembly to penetrate through are formed in the square steel pipe, a bolt hole for the second bolt assembly to penetrate through is formed in a groove bottom plate of the channel steel, and the lower portion of the square steel pipe is connected with the pre-embedded sleeve through the first bolt assembly. The upper portion of the square steel pipe is connected with the channel steel through a second bolt assembly, and the steel rod is vertically arranged on the upper side wall of the channel steel. The square steel pipes are adopted to replace traditional iron sheet connecting pieces, the rigidity of the connecting positions of the protective railings is improved, and the square steel pipes can be used for construction of prefabricated assembly structures of any height through calculation and are safer than the iron sheet connecting pieces.
本发明提供一种预制装配结构施工防护栏杆连接结构及方法,采用方钢管、预埋套管、第一螺栓组件、第二螺栓组件、槽钢以及用于套置防护栏杆的钢杆,方钢管竖向设置,槽钢的槽底板背靠于所述槽钢的上部外侧,所述槽钢开口向外设置,预埋套管预埋于预制墙板上,方钢管上开设一对分别供第一螺栓组件及第二螺栓组件穿越的螺栓孔,槽钢的槽底板上开设供第二螺栓组件穿越的螺栓孔,方钢管的下部通过第一螺栓组件与预埋套管连接,方钢管的上部通过第二螺栓组件与槽钢连接,钢杆设置于槽钢的上侧壁上,钢杆竖向设置。采用方钢管代替传统铁片连接片,增加了防护栏杆连接处的刚度,通过计算可以用于任意高度的预制装配结构施工,且比铁片连接片更加安全。
