The invention relates to a two-stage unlocking mechanism of a cabin cover lock and a vehicle. The two-stage unlocking mechanism comprises a switch (1), a stay wire assembly (3) used for pulling a safety hook (6), a transmission part (2) connected between the switch and the stay wire assembly, and a locking part (4), wherein the safety hook is rotationally installed in a cabin and is connected with a first elastic piece (61) capable of driving the safety hook to be in a locking position; the switch has a first pressing state in which the switch drives the stay wire assembly through the transmission part and pulls the safety hook to an unlocking position, and a second pressing state in which the first elastic piece pulls the safety hook to rotate to a locking position; and the locking part (4) is capable of limiting the switch in the first pressing state and the second pressing state respectively. In this way, two-stage unlocking or locking of the cabin cover lock can be achieved only by pressing the switch outside the vehicle, two-stage unlocking of the cabin cover lock is easier, more convenient and faster, the experience feeling is better, and no danger is caused to a user.
