Super-micropore sound absorption three-dimensional composite aluminum plate and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to a super-micropore sound absorption three-dimensional composite aluminum plate which comprises an upper-layer micropore plate (1), a honeycomb plate (2) and a lower-layer micropore plate (3). The preparation technology comprises the following steps: step one, punching an aluminum plate by a punching machine; step two, slotting the micro-porous aluminum plate; step three, forming holes in the periphery of the micro-porous aluminum plate prepared in the step one to obtain the upper-layer micro-porous plate; step four, bending the periphery of the micro-porous aluminum plate treated in the step two to obtain the lower-layer micro-porous plate with a baffle; and step five, placing a honeycomb plate on the lower-layer micro-porous plate prepared in the step four, placing the upper-layer micro-porous plate obtained in the step three on a honeycomb plate, and combining the upper-layer micro-porous plate (1), the honeycomb plate (2) and the lower-layer micro-porous plate (3) together to form the super-micropore sound absorption three-dimensional composite aluminum plate. The preparation technology of the composite aluminum plate is simple and environmentally friendly, and the prepared three-dimensional composite aluminum plate has a good sound absorption effect.
本发明涉及一种超微孔吸声三维复合铝板,包括上层微孔板(1)、蜂窝板(2)、下层微孔板(3)。其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:第一步,将铝板采用打孔机进行打孔;第二步,将微孔铝板进行开槽;第三步,将第一步制备的微孔铝板的四周开孔,得到上层微孔板;第四步,将第二步处理过的微孔铝板的四周弯折,得到带有挡板的下层微孔板;第五步,将蜂窝板放置在第四步制备得到的下层微孔板上,将第三步得到的上层微孔板放置在蜂窝板上,将上层微孔板(1)、蜂窝板(2)、下层微孔板(3)组合在一起,形成所述的超微孔吸声三维复合铝板。本发明中符合铝板的制备工艺简单、环保,制得的三维复合铝板具有较好的吸声作用。
