Composite coarse-denier long hot-melt net core filtering enhanced drainage geotextile mat and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to technical application of geotechnical materials, in particular to a composite coarse-denier long hot-melt net core filtering enhanced drainage geotechnical mat and a preparation method thereof. According to the geotextile mat, various polymer fibers are compounded to form a three-dimensional fiber net, various resin materials are subjected to high-temperature melting, extrusion spinning, cooling, disordered wire net laying and melting reinforcing forming to obtain a coarse-denier long hot melting net core, and the three-dimensional fiber net and the net core are compounded to obtain the filtering enhanced drainage mat. The drainage mat is high in pressure resistance, large in porosity, capable of accumulating water in all directions and capable of draining water horizontally and vertically; under a closed covering layer buried by soil, rainwater which is collected and permeates through the covering layer or sewage discharged by a storage yard can be discharged to a drainage ditch, soil can be protected against loss and clogging, and the effect of reinforcing the soil is achieved; and construction is convenient, and cost is low.
