The invention discloses a method for preparing superfine coal series kaolin from coal gangue. The method comprises the following steps: (1) screening, crushing and grinding coal gangue to obtain coal gangue powder, preparing the coal gangue powder into balls or blocks to obtain coal gangue balls or coal gangue blocks, and then drying the coal gangue balls or coal gangue blocks; (2) putting the coal gangue balls or coal gangue blocks, quick lime and coke into a high-temperature furnace at 1480-1520 DEG C for calcining and decarbonizing, and separating iron and slag under a fluidization reaction; (3) discharging the upper-layer slag from the high-temperature furnace, performing cold water extraction to obtain granular slag, and then performing filtering and drying; and then scattering, crushing, grinding and packaging to obtain the superfine coal series kaolin. The method gets rid of a traditional calcination process, adopts a high-temperature calcination mode to remove iron, not only has an extremely good effect, but also can extract iron at the same time, and has extremely high economic benefits.
本发明公开了一种利用煤矸石制备超细煤系高岭土的方法。包括以下步骤:(1)将煤矸石筛分、破碎、碾磨后得煤矸石粉,再将煤矸石粉制成球状或块状,得煤矸石球或煤矸石块,然后将煤矸石球或煤矸石块进行烘干;(2)将煤矸石球或者煤矸石块、生石灰和焦炭投入1480‑1520℃的高温炉进行煅烧除炭,在流态化反应下进行铁、渣分离;(3)将上层渣从高温炉中放出,冷水淬取成粒状渣,再过滤、烘干;然后进行打散、破碎、研磨、包装,即得超细煤系高岭土。本发明摆脱了传统的煅烧工艺,采用高温煅烧方式进行除铁,不仅效果极好,而且还能够同时提炼铁,经济效益极高。
